Great location with easy access to Kabah Ecological Park and a supermarket directly across the street. The corner room was spacious and had excellent air conditioning, making our stay comfortable. However, the dining experience was severely disappointing. It’s best to avoid eating here after this incident.

The croissants were straight-up legends! Also, the breakfast omelette hit the spot—fresh and tasty. Oh, and the room was comfy with a decent size, which made it easy to relax after a day of culinary adventures.
The service had a bit of a glitch. our encounter with the front desk was awkward—made for a funny story later, but could be a bit touchy for someone else.

The sink placement in the hotel room is impractical!!! The walls are so thin that noise from nearby rooms is unbearable!!! The pool is tiny and not usable for families!!! Air conditioning issues need prompt attention!!!

The room had a nice design with a comfortable bed. AC worked perfectly, keeping the heat at bay. The rooftop area had potential, but the pool was dirty during my stay, so I avoided it. Breakfast was solid, with a variety of options. However, the elevator situation was frustrating. It stopped working at midnight, and during my trip, I faced long waits for service and a lack of room keys for both guests. Overall, friendly staff mostly saved the experience, but cleanliness and access could definitely see improvement.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
The stay had potential, yet several areas need attention. High beds made getting in and out a challenge, and the minimal breakfast options left me wanting more. Consider asking for a room with a functioning elevator if mobility is a concern!

Ideal spot for a romantic getaway
We enjoyed our breakfast each morning, the huevos were out of this world , seriously. The staff treated us like family, especially when they went out of their way to help us with local recommendations.
It wasn't cheap , but the quality justifies it.

The room was cozy and had a nice view. The gym area was surprisingly well-equipped for a quick workout. Enjoyed lounging by the pool and soaking in the jacuzzi afterward, great way to unwind. The hot tub was a bit crowded at times, but it didn't ruin my overall vibe. 😊

It was just a decent option for a couple of nights in Cancun with great value-to-price ratio. The air conditioning worked really well and kept the room comfortable during my stay. Be prepared to bring your own toiletries as they were not provided and the shower drain needs some attention.
